Convention Docket

Below are the items student members will be voting on at convention.

In summary:

First, delegates will be asked to approve the credentials report, which approves CCR members as voting delegates.
Next, delegates will be asked to approve the special rules, which set the procedure and time limits for the meeting.
Then, members will be asked to approve the Rules Report to adopt the bylaw amendments.
Finally, delegates will vote for their new officers. View the elections page for more information.

‍Delegates: The Bylaws state that delegates to the Assembly shall be all members in attendance from a chartered chapter. Only students and Executive Committee members may have delegate votes. A student ID may be required to verify student status. Alumni may attend convention, but cannot vote.‍‍

‍Chartering:Only CCR chartered clubs and invited guests may participate in the convention business unless special arrangements are made. To ensure your club is chartered, please submit the following to credentials@cacollegegop.com:
1. List of your Executive Board members, their positions, and their emails
2. Form of school recognition for your club (RSO portal, letter affirming your registration with your campus as a student org, etc)
3. List of your active members with names and email addresses
4. A copy of your Constitution/ Bylaws
